Extreme deference on a 3.0L compresion check

I have a 1990 wellcraft classic with a 3.0L mercruiser. I though you would be interested in the compression test we did on it this weekend. I know that I have a blow head gasket or cracked head but thought it was strange how the compression came out. Starting with the front cylinder it had
170lbs, 75lbs, 75lbs 100lbs. Needless to say we are pulling the engine and checking it completely.

Ayuh,.... Without bein' there, I see water in #1 cylinder, the gasket's gone 'tween #2, 'n #3, 'n #4 is just plain ole tired,....

Did ya do a leak-down test too,..??
