1988 crusader wont start

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated ...twnn 350 5.7 port side will not start .. I am out of things to try I have changed plugs wires rotor ,cap rebuilt carburetor,coil switch out cdi with the running engine an no luck and this engine did run last fall was professionally winterized
I am desperate can anyone give e something to try.
 
1. Has it got GOOD spark (coil wire to block jumps at least a 1/2 inch and is BLUE not orange)

2. Is it still timed right after all the parts swapping?

3. Aere the wires on the right plugs (ah-hem!)

If all of these are correct, go to starting fluid (ether). Might just be fouled up and stubborn.
