1967 Evinrude 100 HP?? Help Identify

I am looking for some help confirming this outboard is in fact what I was told. I bought a boat with this outboard attached. It doesn't start at the moment but haven't had time to mess with it. I am just trying to find out if this is an Evinrude 100 HP. Any help to identify and any help to get it running would be greatly appreciated. It does turn over but haven't checked to see if its getting spark from all cylinders yet.

Thanks,

-Matt

Might be a " special " motor.----Any pictures of the lower unit ?-------Might be a rare motor.

I got the engine running but has to be at half throttle. When I lower the throttle it stalls out. Any help on how to adjust the 4 barrel carb would be great.

Here are the pictures of the lower unit. Thanks for all your help!

I am not sure what to think of that motor !------------It is not a 1967 100 HP motor lower unit.-------------It is the 100 hp 4 barrel carburetor.-------------It has a 115 hp stamped on the welch plug.-----------It looks like it has a mechanical shift lower unit from an older motor.------ Not the big 100 hp electic shift used in 66 / 67 / 68 on the 100 hp.-----------You will have to find a grey haired mechanic / parts person to help you with that motor.---------Looks like it was assembled by " Johnny Cash " as in one piece at a time !!!!
