Hopefully someone on here can help me with a couple questions,

35525 61 Evinrude Lark 3

Which bolts/screws need to be removed to change oil?

Secondly, What weight gear oil should I use?

There is a large flat head drain plug on the bottom of the nose cone, and another one on one side, above the cavitation plate. DO NOT!!! remove the Phillips head screw!!!!!

Pump oil in the drain till it comes out the upper one. Any reputable brand of 80-90 weight outboard motor gear oil will be fine

First.... DO NOT remove the small philips screw from the skeg of the lower unit, that screw is a long piviot shoulder bolt for the internal shift lever.

Look for a large plain slotted screw in the skeg (bottom portion of lower unit). This is the drain and fill screw.

Look higher up the lower unit for a identical plain slotted screw... this is the oil level.

Fill from the bottom screw until the oil starts to flow out of the top oil level hole, then insert the screw into that top hole to create a air pocket.

Now, having the drain/fill screw handy, remove the tube (whatever you're using to fill) from the bottom hole and quickly screw the drain/fill screw by hand into the skeg.

After you're sure that you have hand tightened the fill and oil level screws properly (not cross threaded), tighten securely. Best to use a hand held impact screwdriver to tighten them good!

Use geracase lube 80/90w, available at any marine store, your dealership, Wal*Mart, etc.
