Johnson1998 115 sp

I have a 1998 johnson 115 sp basic motor with power trim and tilt. Yesterday I was running and the battery tie down came loose and the battery slid and pulled the battery cable out of the lug on the battery.I did not know this until I shut the motor down and the tach was reading 3000.Turned the key on and none of my gauges or tach worked. Checked battery and found cable disconnected. Redid connection but now the gauges still don't work.I pulled out the fuel gauge as that was only 1 month old and connected to a battery and grounded out the sender and nothing. I am sure the rectifier is cooked,is it possible all the gauges went also? Sorry so long and thanks for any replies.
