hi I tried to find on this site but having site issues

but id like to know how to static time this engine as I cant run this engine at home I need to build a box for the lower engine since there are no such water ears for this engine, so I gotta take it to the river to test, but can you guys help me here

oh why whats wrong with there manuals its only one marina told me about so I don't know better

do you have the link for the Chrysler crew yahoo I not on a computer at moment just my cell small typing as it is lol
