please help me i have an Evinrude 88 spl and on one of my trips back we lost a lot of power while we were running and the max the motor would run is 3500 rpms. I've changed spark plugs cleaned every filter ran a new gas line. I'm stumped on this one. if theres anything y'all can think of for me to try i would appreciate it.
