I backed the boat down the ramp into the water. I fired it up and right away noticed water splashing by the starter. Bellows aren't leaking and neither is the fresh water intake. My assumption is the gimbal housing is leaking and the flywheel is slinging the water. Boat hasn't been in water for 3 yrs. Its coming from the bottom of the external gimbal housing.
