Evinrude 15HP 1989 powerhead removal

Hi Guys,
Have everything removed and ready to lift powerhead.
I have no lifting equipment so will be brute force
Have you any tips for removal please, best positions to lever etc, do not want to damage anything if possible

It only weighs about 35 lbs or so.-----If you have the 6 screws out plus the 3 cowling screws it will lift straight up.-Shift rod disconnected as well.--------May have to pry on the block to break the gasket loose.
 
I have my Dad's Johnson 1989 15HP. Pulling the power head is difficult because of the adhesive on the gasket. It was a bear for me to get off. I was reluctant to use a new OMC gasket for a replacement because of the adhesive but did anyway.
