1975 Johnson Rewind Starter Pulley

Does anyone know if the rewind starter pulley 79 -on (OMC
0324909) is interchangeable with the two piece pulley that was on the earlier models through 1978... 0318939 and 0318938.. ?

Whoops. Sorry for not providing the correct info. I have a 1975 Johnson 9.9. The recoil spool is different on the 79 model. It's has a more "star like" top and is one piece. Didn't know if it could be substituted for the two piece spool that I have. Thanks.
