LEAK HELP! 1975 johnson 50hp

I saw a leak today after pulling this motor out of storage. Attached is a pic. oil leaks out this hole when its tilted?

Normal? not sure?

Looks like unburned oil down the exhaust; does it smell "gassy"? If so, no worries.

yah has a fuel like oder. Can water get in through there ?

Water fills up the leg thru the inlets for the water pump ad drains out the holes.
