I have a 1991 force 120hp with power tilt and trim, the tilt trim will not lift the motot, I had this problem a while ago and replaced the valve body on the tilt motor and it was fine. had the same problem this time, I replaced the valve body again but the problem remains. the trim cylinder operates in and out but not the tilt cylinder, any suggestions, help
