1997 Ocean Pro 130 Stalls at idle and low rpm

Hi everyone. I have a 1997 Johnson 2 stroke that runs great wide open but has a habit of stalling at low rpms like around the dock, loading on a trailer etc especially after it has been ran hard. It sat last year before i came into possession of it. The problem seems to get much worse after the engine is warm such as if you go on a ride then drop the anchor and then start up again after sitting for a while. I cleaned and drained the carbs in the spring but did not take them apart. I recently changed spark plugs also. Any ideas? Thanks-John
