I have a 2001 four wins 180 horizon with a 4.3l, just bought boat and took to a guy to have it tuned up he changed cap, rotor?, wires and plugs. Now it won't start barely turns over and there is gas in oil!!!! Don't know if firing order is right and this ......won't return my calls. Can't find timing mark on pulley either, can someone please help
