What does this joker do?

It tests how gullible an OMC owner is.
DO NOT TOUCH THAT SCREW.
CURIOSITY KILLED THE CAT.

no one's quite sure what it's for but there's a nut on the other side that will fall into the drive housing. If you slather some JB weld over it, you'll be doing a great service to anyone that may encounter it in the future.

I like to call it the OMC owner's 2nd mistake.
