OMC 1973 outdrive electric shift

I have a OMC Electric shift outdrive. What type of fluid goes into the intermediate housing? Same as lower unit Type C?

you can use type C to keep it simple. will work fine in the intermediate.
Or just any marine 80W90 you like.
