engine will start after setting 24 hours, runs approx. 1.5 minutes, then runs out of gas. let stand two hours, will restart and run approx. 15 sec. Appears needle valve intake to carb. is varnished in place, letting in a small amount of fuel. Engine has an electric fuel pump that applies pressure after shut down. Boat was in storage seven months. Any way to remove varnish.
