2008 DF 90 starting issues

I have a 2008 df90 that runs perfect as it always has , however this year it starts the first time as it should but after running it will die when you take it to nuetral and is very hard to start. Disengage the shifter and throttle up it starts and if you let it fast idle for about 10 seconds go to nuetral it's good to go .Could it be the primer bulb starting to go, runs to damn good to be somyhing serious
 
The next time when it dies, try using the hand pump on the fuel line, and then try to start the engine.
 
It could be that the fuel lines are loosing it's pressure, the check valve or fuel lines, or even the diafram in the fuel pump.
