95 200hp merc offshore no fire right bank, is this power pack, or could all three coils have gone bad, where should i start
 
History? was working fine and then..........

Or don't know because it's "new to me???

It is unlikely that all three coils failed simultaneously if it was running fine a day/week/month ago.

The switch box is the most likely culprit, but since they are not cheap, make sure everything else is working.
