OMC 2.3 Swap Info

I'm looking at a boat with OMC 2.3L Ford engine with a cracked block. Does anyone know with certainty, from either personal experience or published information, if the engine block can be swapped with a passenger car or light truck block? I've already read and heard a lot of guessing. Any solid info, or leads to info, would be appreciated. Thanks everybody.

Ayuh,.... Ya might oughta Keep Lookin',....

Many parts for that motor are NLA,.... No Longer Available,....
