Fuel and Lower Unit Oil ?

On a scale from 1 to screwed , where do you rate this fuel? I read to look for lower unit oil being "milky", does this qualify as milky? Kinda' tough to see though the clouds but you can make out the slightly opaque substance in the oil... Do I need to drain the gas from the tank to change the fuel filter?

Got a similar problem. Here's what I plan to do (and this weekend):

My boat is on the hard--important so the gas won't be mixed up. I'm going to pump out the lower 5 gallons or so of each 75 gallon tank into gas cans and let them sit for a few weeks. I'll then pump the upper 4/5ths out and return it to the tanks. The lower 1/5th gets tossed.
