First timer going to replace the impeller on my 95 force 120. I've watched a bunch of videos (general) and read the Clymer manual and am wondering if the 2 seals in the water pump base are normally replaced in this procedure. And if it is normal practice to remove the base plate from the gearcase when replacing the impeller. I bought a Sierra Kit and there are no seals included but there are a couple of O rings that are in the kit which I don't see in the blow up diagram in the manual. Would appreciate some insight. Thanks
