Help Identifying Year of Johnson 25 Outboard

Hello Forum,


I need help identifying the year of a Johnson 25HP outboard that I've acquired.
Would like to order a shop manual and correct parts but not sure of the year. I've used some online identification charts but nothing seems to match the numbers that I have.

SER. No. G 03589567

The previous owner was under the impression it was a 70's model...
