Hello ! I am new to the forum world... however not a beginner mechanic but at this time I am stumped!!! this beast will not start ! replaced fuel line and primer , plugs, checked operation of kill switch, wont hiccup or burp ... has compression , all new fluids, not sure if im getting spark .... lower plug was wet with top one dry , are ignition controls testable ? or any help to diag greatly appreciated ! .. reside along ways from a outboard shop and time is a big factor .. thank you in advance for any advice.
 
also had carb ultrasonic cleaned because boat had sat so long before I purchased it .... and yes I have had it running almost a year ago and ran just fine it seemed other than I couldn't get it to troll slow enough for my liking... I have experienced a no start and or runability issue while on the water and when on trailer with a garden hose in the drive way it purred like a kitten... now nada nothing
