Neutral Safety switch

Thanks Kim I am working the wiring issue. I will keep you posted. Just want to add that black electrical tape really hides a lot of stuff . . .I removed the electric tape off of the shift control wiring and found it spliced in two different places, the plug had been shorted at one time and was partially melted . . .etc. I am sure glad I am doing this now rather than out on a rocking boat as you said. Thanks again I really appreciate your guidance.
