my engine has been laid up in the garage for about 2 years now.
i had a look this afternoon, removed the plugs, previous to laying up I had squirted the bores with oil etc.
i have noticed that when I turn it over by turning the flywheel, it seems that something is dry, I do not have it in water.
can you advise please, any checks prior to starting, any helpful hints would be very much appreciated.
