    Default I'm stumped-bass boat seat

1979 Terry shallow V bass boat with pin style pedestal seats bolted to the boat with 6 screws and nuts. The back seat has open access to the nuts so you can hold them with a wrench.
but the front set has no access to the underside of the pedestal. There is a livewell behind the front deck but it doesn't appear to be removable. Does anyone know how to get the front seat off?

If it's mounted to a deck then there will be either Tee nuts or toggle nuts....both captive fasteners. Just undo from above.

The screws loosen about half way and then just spin. They won't tighten back either.
