bought this motor yesterday and ofcourse he lied. it won't start. what is the easy way to get to the spark plugs and gap setting, how to adjust the carb. this motor is a 1990 with built in tank:mad:
 
here the model and serial E3BRESR, B2415327. PUT NEW PLUGS ,FRESH GAS, CHANGE GEAR OIL, TRIED WITH GAS DIRECTLY INTO THE SPARK PLUGS, CHECKED GAS LINE FOR FLOW, NOW WHAT'S NEXT?? REMEMBER HE CLAIMS IT RAN LAST YEAR AND HE RAN THE GAS OUT LIE LIE LIE ..... rocket rich

i''M A OLE GUY THAT HAS HAD SEVERAL OF THESE MOTORS AND NOW HAVE TOHATSU FOR BY 15 FOOTER, BUT THERE'S NOT A BIG DIFFERENCE IN THESE LITTLE MOTOR, rocket rich
