nissan 70 hp TLDI control box

I replaced the power tilt switch in remote control box handle and after, all seemed to work fine, but after a I took the boat out three or four times the control box became loose and I have had to retighten the handle more than once. My question, is there a lock nut or something like that I have left out. If so what mite that be. I would appreciate any help.

There is a single bolt and a single washer goes under its head. We usually clean the threads and use blue lock tite on the threads of the bolt. See items 12 and 13 in the diagram:

The handle is fitted to the box with a tapered square, and everything must clear (the cams, etc.), then the bolt must be quite tight.
