2000 35hp 3cyl no fuel to cyl

This motor was a j25tel3ssb I converted to a 35hp I have good spark good fuel pressure I have put hands over carbs it is sucking air I've put fuel down carbs i thinkI've tried almost every thing to get fuel to cyls compression run around 100 psi any ideals on what else I can do to get this thing running
 
Squeeze the primer bulb and disconnect the hose.--------Now remove carburetor drain plugs.------Is there fuel in each carburetor?---------Now remove sparkplugs and put 5 drops of fuel in each plug hole.-Replace plugs and crank motor over.-------Does motor now fire ?
 
Only guy in my area that can go that of bore he. Will never do work for me again i've tried to get ahold of him for 3 days no return calls so compression so low it toke it to my good friend who I know he knows what he is doing found out getting a new tester it was only 85-85 70 not good
