Any idea what these are from?

Found these sitting on the engine after it had been winterized last year. Engine runs so not sure if I need them? Anyone ID them? thanks.



 
They look like drain petcocks missing the winged insides . there should be one on each side of the block and one on the bottom of each exhaust manifold.
