need to replace my shifter in my formula 1981 F-18. I have a mercruiser stern drive with a 305 engine. The shifter has a little to much play when trying to doc the boat. The cables probably need to go too. Got any ideas as to a good shifter and cables. I live is a land locked state (Colorado) and not much chance of getting in to much salt water at this time. Its hard to find fresh water in this state. Nebraska is where we normally go. Thanks !
