Okay, I own a 1988 Johnson 70 hp VRO outboard engine. Bought it last summer, seemed to run like a champ till fall time. I could not keep the boat running unless I pumped the ball while driving. Can anyone give me ideas about what might be going on? I am mixing my gas and oil, and the oil injection is unhooked.. i do not know for sure if it could play a problem if its not capped off at the VRO?
