Exhaust leaking smoke and water...

Hi everyone,

I am new here. I've just bought a dutch barge in Holland and have this problem in the engine room.

Would you recommend that I take the part off and weld it or look for a new part? If so, does anyone know what you would call this part?

Any help would be massively appreciated.

Hi nathanael,
suggest removing the four bolts and take it to a good welding shop to make a new one this looks so bad it might be leaking water back into your engine when you shut down !!
