1956 Chris Craft MCL versus MCLO

In the above 6 clinder engines,175 h.p.,is their any differnce internal on motor.A MCLO mtr. is for opposite direction, I would like to know if internally it is the same as a MCL which is standard.Is the difference in the transmission,or in the motor ? Would like to set the MCLO up the same as MCL.
 
You would need a donor motor. All the gears are beveled the other direction.Cam, crank, idler, distributor drive, distributor. Cam is opposite as is the direction of inlet/outlet on oil cooler. Starter and generator also.
