    Default 3208 frozen cooling system

I am working on a 3208 that was exposed to a week of single digit temperatures and the cooling system had not been drained, 2 freeze plugs have popped out, and the water has since run out of the engine. My question is what are the chances that either or both heads or the block may be cracked? Are these engines bad about cracking or not? This is not a marine engine, it is a turbocharged truck engine but I thought that some one could give me some advice, thank you

The chances are 50/50. Put new plugs back in and fill it with Antifreeze and pressure test it. It is the only way to tell.
