Is there anyone who could help me work out exactly how the throttle linkage should work and feel when pulled by hand. I haven't had any experience with a volvo penta before but the throttle lever on the engine is very floppy and easy to move. The pumps are not pumping diesel and the stop lever works with tension so im guessing the pumps are not seized. Any help and advice would be appreciated.
