I read someplace, that there is a new type of bellows available for the Alpha I, that can be installed without using the bellows tool. Is this correct, and if so, where can I access one.

I replaced my bellows last year after a gimbel berring change. The exhaust bellow only had to be clamped down on one side, other side just slides in place when out drive is lowered, a little louder but not much at all. I didn't use any special tools except a couple beers and cuss words! Get a manual, note the placement of the clamp screws

Ayuh,... You can use the Bravo exhaust Tube, rather than the Alpha exhaust Bellows,....
