ID# on side plate of 130hp honda

Is the ID # on the side plate of my 130hp honda supposed to match the one on the valve cover???

They are not supposed to match. One is the frame serial number (the number most referred to) and the other is the engine serial number.

Thanks for that info mike. Do you know if these 130s are sbject to having oil leaks?
