On my 1955 KBL Chris Craft engine, the block drain is shot and needs to be replaced.
As you know it is buried and very hard to get at. Do I need to remove the the pump and distributor drive to get at it, or is there a trick someone has used to remove and replace this fitting? If I have to remove the pump and distributor drive what bolts do I remove and anything I have to look out for so I don't screw something up?
