I have a 1999 Johnson 200 hp ocean runner.
I had the engine rebuilt and I replaced the Power pack, Ignition coil, timer base, starter, starter solenoid, plugs and wires, and battery.
The engine runs but It seems to go 10 mph slower than before.
I bought a multi spark tester and it seems that I have no spark on cylinder 1 and 3.
Any ideas on what this problem can be?
