Hi there just wondering if anyone has experienced the micro switch on the gear sector on an outboard Mercury 30hp 2009 model tiler steer electric start not engaging when in neutral. When it is in neutral the sticker plate is just touching the micro switch but not enought to close circuit. Can someone with similar engine look at their switch to see how much the switch protrudes past the main body, my switch is about 5mm long. Also doesnt look like there is much adjustment
