Hey I'm new to the forum. I run a 40 dorado with a tamd 72. She has twin outdrives with a hydo drive transfer case. I run her at 2100 rpms After a long run, 50 miles she will not start. She is acting like she is out of fuel. There is plenty of fuel in the racor. I have to crack the injectors to get her fired up again. She seems to have an air lock, or a seal is allowing fuel to leak. I don't see any fuel in the bilge however. I did notice that she is leaking fuel from the hand priming pump on the side of the motor. Any ideas or help would be great. thanks Capt. Erich Jaeger Maverick Fishing Charters, St Pete Beach, fl

The primer pump is a common problem with many Volvos and can cause the sort of issues you have. Fix that and you should be right.
