'06 BF225 ECM fault code

Recently replaced O2 sensor, and performed SB56 replacing exhaust pipes and oil pan gasket. Boat runs great, put about 10-12 hours on it since the "fix". I cleared the MIL code after replacing the O2 sensor, but out of curiosity I just checked to see if there were any stored codes today. When I shunt the service connector and turn the key on the MIL light stays lit steady. Tried a couple times, changed shunting wires to be sure, and even reset the codes one more time to be sure. No change. According to the trouble code list, if the MIL stays on steady with the shunt in place it may mean one of these things...

1. short circuit in service check connector wire
2. short circuit in MIL wire
3. short circuit in sensor system power supply line
4. open circuit in power supply line for ECM
5. Faulty ECM

...which of these can I rule out if the boat is running well?

Rule them all out.

If you get an alarm and the mil light is on...and you check the codes with the shorting plug...if you get a solid light, then you check the things that you listed.

If no alarm and no mil light, a solid light, when checking the codes with the shorting plug, indicates...no codes.
