Mercury 50 hp thunderbolt ignition

Hi does anyone in the UK know where you can get a starter motor for my engine? The one I have has completely gone. The engine is a 50hp mercury thunderbolt ignition blueband. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Engine number would help pin down the year of your outboard but here's a couple of names,Bill-Higham-Marine,doesn't deal,the price is the price,Outboard Spares Unlimited,I have bought from him,there are a few more but can't find them at the moment also flea bay,http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_o...r&_nkw=mercury+outboard+starter&_sacat=169485

Hi thanks. The year is approx 1977 and s/n 4807981. Does anyone know if these can be pull started? Once again thanks
