Melted Plastic Fitting Under Powerhead on 1975 7.5 hp. Mercury

I have a 1975 7.5 mercury outboard serial # 4089933, the plastic fitting (or cap) under the powerhead has melted and im not getting the right water pressure. ( Water out of tattle tale hose is very hot. ) I have looked everywhere and cannot find this part. Online, even went to the local dealer, but they were not any help. Can somebody please help me find a part number or something!!!!

Tragic that your local dealer can not help on this one.------That is very common for that to melt and the factory replacement is a better material.-----Same washer is found in the water pump itself.---Order part # 23-13127

you guys are freaking awesome, i already have the gasket thanks, and impeller and water pump was just done, only needed this part.thank you very very much.
