I have a 1999 4.3gl volvo/pen
I have a 1999 4.3gl volvo/penta sx 190 hp. When I turn the steering wheel the steering pump squeals and I can see the pulley stop turning on the shaft from the steering pump and the RPM decreases. When I turn the steering wheel the RPM goes back up and the squeal stops or decreases. It is a brand new pump. It was replaced because the old one was doing the same thing. It has plenty of fluid. Could it be a bleeding problem?
