2000 Honda BF90A Carb cleaning

I'm a bit puzzled on how to remove the air/fuel screws from these carbs. Appears to have a limiter attach to screw, thus can not extract air screw??? HELP!!!
Sad to say I purchased an online Seloc manual, not very helpful with detailed instructions.:confused:
 
Use a soldering iron/heat gun to heat up the limiters until the glue loosens up, allowing you to remove the caps. If you do not do this you will break the heads off the screws.
