1990 Force 90HP outboard no starting.

Hey everyone. Just bought a Force 90 HP today and tried to start it. Hooked up a fresh battery with plenty of power and all i'm getting is clicking from the starter. Looking for suggestions on where to start looking to fix the issue. THANKS for any help.
 
Test light? Try the test light at the solenoid. Turn key,test light hooked up, and see if you have power at both big lugs on the solenoid? If you have power across both big lugs. Then the starter needs work.
 
If i do venture into tearing the starter apart are the parts readily available and somewhat cheap? How easy is it to work on the 'guts' of the starter?
