Hello. I am new to this forum.
I have an Nissan NS9,9B2. Is it possible to convert
this to a 15 hp? If possible, what part do I need?

There isn't any part to do that conversion. So not possible.

They sold this in norway when the motor was new. So i know i was possible. So i did make the part
my selfe and its now working. It was an easy fix.

You were able to get the specifications for a 25 year old throttle cam, and were able to machine one? Cheers!

No i just bent a metal piece. made a hole and used a grider take off what i needed.
